We will review your medical and dental history forms and acquaint you with our office and team. Then, we will perform a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums. We will perform an oral screening and examine your occlusion (bite) and address your cosmetic issues. We will take any necessary radiographs (X-rays), or if you have current X-rays from another office, you may request to have them forwarded to us before this visit.

We may take digital photos or make impressions of your teeth to assist us in making a diagnosis.

After the initial examination, a consultation appointment with Dr. Burgess or Dr. Kim will address the needs and desires you have. We will present a treatment plan to help you achieve dentistry that looks great, feels comfortable and will last a long time. We will work with your desires, time constraints and financial ability.

Dr. Burgess and Dr. Kim are committed to developing a long-term caring relationship with each of their patients. Unfortunately, there are many patients who have visited numerous dentists over the years and experienced less than satisfactory service. Time with the dentist was possibly hurried and impersonal, with no time devoted to their unique situation. Dr. Burgess and Dr. Kim will listen and communicate with you. They will spend time working to uncover individual problems and concerns and discuss treatment options to help you achieve the optimal results you desire.
